Attl a spol. s.r.o. Tovarna na stroje developed a special mill to make stainless steel spacer profiles for insulation double glass panels in 2009. In the first half of 2010 it started to supply spacer profile AT16 Inox Spacer 015. The first supply of a 0,12 mm thickness material is arriving in the second half of 2010 which will mark the beginning of making a spacer profile AT 12 Inox Spacer 012. In parallel with this project a spacer saw ADP 6000/24 has been developed as an accessory with supply of the Inox Spacers. In cooperation with RDI company a special circular saw blade for the spacer saw was developed which provides high quality cut while achieving extreme life time of saw teeth in between sharpening.
Development of spacer profile bending machine OHB 2200 for insulation glass frames was successfully completed. This special bending machine produces frames from all types of spacer profiles and is intended for mid size makers of insulation double glass panels where ratio between the price and user value is very high.
